Storia Negrini Salumi

For 65 years, the Negrini family has produced quality cold cuts in areas of italy where the art of meat curing has some of its deepest roots and has earned the very nest reputation. Founded by Angelo Negrini in Renazzo di Cento (Ferrara) in 1955, the company has always placed great emphasis on research and innovation, yet at the same time, fully respected the traditions of the trade.

It is with this business philosophy that the Negrini Group has become one of the most important names in the Italian food business. With a production and sales strategy directed primarily at quality, innovation and customer service, the Negrini Group represents an ideal partner for distribution and catering firms eager to keep up with market development and the demands of the consumer.

With the aim of creating ever more innovative and quality products, in line with the current needs dictated by the tastes and preferences of the modern consumer, the Gianni Negrini line of ready meals was born which represents a further step forward on the path of innovation while respecting tradition. In fact, a brand new operating unit has been built next to the main production plant where modern automated production lines dedicated to ready meals have been installed. The production capacity of this new plant is approximately 8,000 / 10,000 packs per work shift.
